Join us for two days of South Carolina beach preservation advocacy! Please submit your abstract or ideas to email@example.com by Fri, Nov 15. Presentations on the projects, plans, and other beach developments that happened in 2019-20 are encouraged. See below for details.
Abstract submission deadline: Friday, November 15.
Please submit your abstracts or ideas to firstname.lastname@example.org. Abstracts must include the name, title, affiliation, and contact info for the speaker.
Local Government and Community Associations have priority for speaking slots on the agenda. Industry abstracts are encouraged to partner with a stakeholder or public agency. Technical and policy presentations are invited. In particular, presentations on the projects, plans, and other beach developments that happened in 2019-20 are encouraged.
"Abstract" - a short write up describing a presentation you'd like to give at a conference. It is like the Executive Summary of a report – includes info on the background, methods, results, and conclusions of a study.
“Ideas” – tell us about a coastal management challenge or other state beach topic on which you'd like to hear a presentation or have a discussion about during our upcoming meeting. This is a less formal submission, just a quick email note will do.
