Coastal Conversations provide an open forum for South Carolina Beach Advocates to discuss and acquire knowledge about technical and regulatory topics. This is a new annual event held on a virtual platform to provide a scientific or technical perspective on today’s coastal management challenges in South Carolina. The format is less formal than the Annual Meeting and intended to engage all participants.
Join us to learn about beachfront communities' water quality management challenges, and discuss other perspectives on beach water quality. The workshop will allow for an open, informal setting for conversations and breakout discussions, with a deliverable such as a presentation at the next Annual Meeting.
