Beginning a South Carolina Coastal Managers Association
Following the inaugural meeting in 2014, the South Carolina Beach Advocates we were established in 2015 by the mayors and administrators of the state’s beach communities with a mission to educate the public, governmental authorities, and elected officials as to the environmental, economic, and societal impact of South Carolina's beaches and inlets.
10 Years of Advocacy
2024 marked the 10th anniversary of insightful discussions
and influential decisions for South Carolina's coasts.
